1. Application of this Policy
1.1. This Returns Policy contains information about returning Journals, refunds, and replacements, and forms part of the Terms and Conditions by reference and must be read as if specifically incorporated therein.
2. What can you return?
2.1. Damaged Journals, defective Journals, and incorrectly supplied Journals
2.1.1. Journals that are defective (for example, missing pages, miss-bound or miss-printed), damaged or incorrectly supplied may be returned, provided that:-
126.96.36.199. you request a return within 21 calendar days from the date of delivery;
188.8.131.52. the Journal is in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging; and
184.108.40.206. you can present the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.1.2. We will arrange for our courier to collect the Journal and we will pay for the return shipping. We will replace the Journal with another copy of the same Journal and we will courier it to you free of charge.
2.1.3. If another copy of the same Journal is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.
2.2. Cooling off
2.2.1. You may cancel the transaction for any reason and request a return within 5 calendar days of receipt of the Journal, provided that the Journal is in mint condition.
2.2.2. We will refund the price of the Journal to you, but not the shipping costs.
2.3. Sale items and gift cards
2.3.1. We do not accept returns on gift vouchers, coupons or sale items.
3. How to return an item
3.1. Step 1
3.1.1. All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorization obtained from us.
3.1.2. To obtain a Returns Authorization, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all details of your return, including your order
number, your reason for returning the Journal, and proof of banking details as may be required in terms of clause.
3.1.3. Journals sent back to us without first obtaining a Returns Authorization will not be accepted.
3.2. Step 2
3.2.1. Put the proof of purchase (invoice / packing slip) together with the Returns Authorization and your Journal into its original packaging. You can either:-

3.3. Step 3
3.3.1. Once we have received your returned Journal, we will refund your money as soon as we have verified that everything is in order. Please remember there may be a delay in your bank or credit card company processing and posting the refund.
3.3.2. Refunds will be effected using the same payment method initially used by the customer. If you paid for the purchase with:-
126.96.36.199. your credit card, your card will be refunded;
188.8.131.52. an Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”), Instant EFT or Direct Deposit, in order to perform a refund, we will require one of the following from you:
184.108.40.206.1. Stamped bank confirmation letter on the bank’s letterhead;
220.127.116.11.2. your bank statement showing your name and account details.
3.3.3. You will be notified via email once the refund has been paid.
3.3.4. Please note that no interest will be paid on any amounts owed.
4. We reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy from time to time and without prior notice to you.
